By accessing ledgerists.com (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site is operated by S M B D M MARKETING SERVICES CO. L.L.C., Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

3. Pre-launch site

The Site currently exists to describe Ledgerists, an upcoming accounting practice (small-business bookkeeping through ERP consulting), and to collect enquiries. No professional services are offered for a fee yet.

4. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to disrupt or interfere with it. Automated form submissions and spam are prohibited.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, design, logos, and the Ledgerists name — is owned by the operator or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. Enquiries

Submitting the form does not create an account, engagement, obligation, or guarantee of service availability or pricing.

7. No professional advice

Content on this Site is general information, not accounting, tax, or legal advice.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site.
